Definitions
Buyer: the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the Seller.
Conditions: the terms and conditions of sale as set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.
Goods: the articles which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.
Price: the price for the Goods, excluding VAT and any carriage, packaging and insurance costs.
Seller means "championsgloves.com", owned and operated by Health and Care (UK) Limited.
Conditions
These Conditions shall form the basis of the contract between the Seller and the Buyer in relation to the sale of Goods, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including the Buyer’s standard conditions of purchase or any other conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order or confirmation of order or any other document.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods from the Seller pursuant to these Conditions.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.
These Conditions may not be varied except by the written agreement of the proprietor of championsgloves.com (the Seller).
These Conditions represent the whole of the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. They supersede any other conditions previously issued.
Price
The Price shall be the product purchase price quoted on the website at the time of purchase. The Price is quoted exclusive of VAT which shall be due at the rate in force on the date of the Seller’s invoice.
Payment and Interest
Payment of the Price and VAT shall be due immediately, and debited immediately from the Buyer's account relating to the debit or credit card details provided during the ordering process.
Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due calculated on a daily basis until the date of payment at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate from time to time in force. Such interest shall accrue after as well as before any judgment.
The Buyer shall pay all accounts in full and not exercise any rights of set-off or counter-claim against invoices submitted by the Seller.
Goods
The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in the Seller’s confirmation of order.
Warranties
The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Seller in the confirmation of order. All other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, quality or condition of the Goods are excluded. Due to the nature of all products sold by championsgloves.com, championsgloves.com is operated as an exclusive business to business/organisation operation. All customers will therefore be treated as non-consumers.
Delivery of Goods
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods on the day notified by the Seller for delivery or any other day when delivery can reasonably be expected.
The Seller undertakes to use its reasonable endeavours to dispatch the Goods on an agreed delivery date, but does not guarantee to do so. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or short delivery of the Goods. If short delivery does take place, the Buyer undertakes not to reject the Goods but to accept the Goods delivered as part performance of the contract.
If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods on the agreed delivery date or, if no specific delivery date has been agreed, when the Goods are ready for dispatch, the Seller shall be entitled to store and insure the Goods and to charge the Buyer the reasonable costs of so doing.
Acceptance of the Goods
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods 48 hours after delivery to the Buyer.
The Buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the Goods within 48 hours of delivery and shall give written notification to the Seller within 5 working days of delivery of the Goods of any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed.
Where the Buyer has accepted, or has been deemed to have accepted, the Goods the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract.
Title and Risk
Risk shall pass on delivery of the Goods to the Buyer’s address.
Notwithstanding the earlier passing of risk, title in the Goods shall remain with the Seller and shall not pass to the Buyer until the amount due under the invoice for them (including interest and costs) has been paid in full.
Until title passes, the Buyer shall hold the Goods as bailee for the Seller and shall store or mark them so that they can at all times be identified as the property of the Seller.
The Seller may at any time before title passes and without any liability to the Buyer:
repossess and dismantle and use or sell all or any of the Goods and by doing so terminate the Buyer’s right to use, sell or otherwise deal in them; and
for that purpose (or determining what if any Goods are held by the Buyer and inspecting them) enter any premises of or occupied by the Buyer.
The Seller may maintain an action for the price of any Goods notwithstanding that title in them has not passed to the Buyer.

To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. However, orders will only be processed if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
Images displayed on our website are, as far as possible, a fair and accurate representation of the products that we retail. Please note that the precise colour of or pattern on a product that we supply may differ slightly from that displayed on our website. This may be due to factors that include manufacturing variations and/or the image colour settings of the device you are viewing the website on.

However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.

Where it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will advise you by email, and offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state in the email the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.
Payment Terms
We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
Payment will be taken by credit or debit card, or by Paypal, at the time of ordering.
When you add a payment method to your championsgloves.com account, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name and billing address to championsgloves.com
or its third-party payment processor(s). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when adding a payment method. It is your obligation to keep your payment method(s) up-to-date at all times.
When you add a payment method during checkout, you will be asked if you would like to store your payment method in your account for future transactions. If you are logged into the website, checking the box associated with this request will automatically save that payment method to your championsgloves.com account so it can be used for future transactions.
You authorise championsgloves.com to store your payment method information and charge your payment method as outlined in these payments’ terms. If your payment method’s account information changes (e.g. card number, account number, expiration date) as a result of re-issuance or otherwise, we may acquire that information from our financial services partner(s) or your bank and update your payment method on file in your championsgloves.com account.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your payment method information. championsgloves.com is not responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of incorrect payment method information provided by you.
Recurring Billing
Certain products and services may be purchased on a recurring or subscription billing basis. Where a recurring or subscription billing product or service is purchased, the product or service will be dispatched to you after payment has been taken from the payment method on file/on your account. Your account will be automatically charged prior to dispatch of the goods and/or services that are being provided on a recurring or subscription billing basis.
Details of the recurring/subscription billing cycles and product/service dispatch cycles (including the cost of the product or service and the frequency of the cycle such as weekly, monthly, half yearly, annually etc) will be detailed on the website page when you add the product or service to your basket. By purchasing said product or service, you are authorising championsgloves.com to charge your payment method on file/on your account.
If payment fails to be taken for any reason, championsgloves.com will make contact with you as soon as possible to advise you of the payment failure. No products or services will be dispatched until payment has been taken.
9.11 You may stop payment of a recurring/subscription billing cycle by notifying championsgloves.com orally or in writing at least three (3) business days before the scheduled date of payment. Championsgloves.com may require you to provide written confirmation of a stop-payment instruction within fourteen (14) days of oral notification. If you fail to provide written confirmation within fourteen (14) days as requested, championsgloves.com is not obliged to honour your request to stop any future recurring/subscription payments.
9.12 In the event that products or services are dispatched by us in error following a payment failure or stop payment instruction, you must inform championsgloves.com of the shipping error. championsgloves.com will collect the product or services from you free of charge. Failure to make the products or services available for collection, in the same condition that you received them, within 30 days will result in an invoice being raised for the product(s) or services(s) at the current price on our website. You will be liable to pay that invoice in full without set-off.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered.
Delivery
Our delivery charges are set out in our delivery pages and are specified on the basket page of our website when placing an order.
If your order value falls beneath our free delivery threshold, you will be required to pay extra for delivery. It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. If you choose to use your own courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed to your courier. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.
Cancellation Rights
You cannot cancel your contract or return goods for a refund/credit if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order or personalised), newspapers or magazines or if you have taken any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
Items may be returned to championsgloves.com for the following reasons:
Where the product is faulty
Where the product does not match the product that you ordered and you were not informed of this
Where the product is unsuitable or you have changed your mind
Where a product is unsuitable or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to let us know that you would like to return your item.
Please note that where you are returning the item due to it being unsuitable or where you have changed your mind, championsgloves.com reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Items that are not faulty must be returned to us in an unopened, resellable condition with all packaging intact.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, damage, visible wear and/or tear, and for any other reason deemed equitable when considering any depreciation in value of product returned to us (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).
Prior to returning any item to championsgloves.com, you must obtain a returns authorisation number from a member of our team by contacting us on 020 7088 8066, by email at championsgloves.com or by filling in the contact form on our Contact Us page.
Items returned without a return’s authorisation number may not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost.
Faulty Product Recovery
If you have received a product that is faulty or develops a fault, and we replace that product by sending you a direct or similar replacement product, we require the original faulty product to be returned to us. We will collect this product from you, free of charge.
Where we are unable to recover the product from you within 30 days of being made aware of the fault (for instance where our courier has attempted to collect the item from your address, but you were not in) we will invoice you for the full price of the product that we have been unable to recover.
The price we will invoice you is the price you paid for the product originally, or the current retail price of the product on our website, whichever is greater.
No reduction in price will be made to the invoice to take into consideration any fault – as we are unable to verify the fault, our assumption is that the product is not faulty. As you are in possession of product(s) that you have not paid for, the business will invoice you for those goods and you accept and acknowledge the business’s right to recover this amount.
Lost In Transit – Replacement Products
If you have not received a product that has been sent to the delivery address that you entered into our system at the point of order, and we have accepted that the item has been lost in transit, we will resend the item to the stated delivery address (or a different delivery address if provided by you and approved by us).
If subsequently, the product that had been lost in transit is delivered to you, you have a legal obligation to inform us of that delivery. We will then collect this product from you, free of charge.
Where we are unable to recover the product from you within 30 days of being made aware of the delivery (for instance where our courier has attempted to collect the item from your address, but you were not in) we will invoice you for the full price of the product that we have been unable to recover.
The price we will invoice you is the price you paid for the product originally, or the current retail price of the product on our website, whichever is greater.
No reduction in price will be made to the invoice to take into consideration any fault, packaging problem, damage etc. As you are in possession of product(s) that you have not paid for, the business will invoice you for those goods and you accept and acknowledge the business’s right to recover this amount.
Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
We do not deliver to your area;
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers; or
In our absolute discretion we determine not to provide the goods to you.
If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
Liability
Unless agreed otherwise, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery, we will provide you with a full refund.
Furthermore, we do not accept liability for any losses related to any business of yours including but not limited to: lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us at championsgloves.com, but sometimes a product might not be what you were expecting or just isn't right.
You may wish to return your product for an exchange or a refund. That's no problem at all, but first we need to give you a returns authorisation number. You can obtain your championsgloves.com returns authorisation number and returns address details from our Customer Care Team. Tell them whether you would like to exchange your product to an alternative, or whether you would like a full refund. You can contact our Customer Care Team in the following ways:

You may return any item that is unused and in its original packaging, capable of resale (as long as it is a non disposable item and/or non-perishable, and well within its expiry date if applicable) within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. All postage costs incurred by you in returning the unwanted item(s) must be paid by you and are not refundable.
If you have opted for a non click-and-collect delivery service such as next day courier service, this expedited or upgraded delivery service will not be refundable. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error or is due to a faulty product.
We cannot refund or exchange items not in a resellable condition unless they are faulty. Even if the item is sent to you in error, please do not open or breach the packaging, and inform a member of our Customer Care Team as quickly as possible.
Some items are excluded from our returns policy on grounds of hygiene or by the very nature of the product. If you would like further information about the returns policy of your product, please call our championsgloves.com Customer Care Team on 020 7088 8066 prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment.
When sending an item back to us, it is sent back at your risk until we receive it. How Is The 14 Day Returns Period Calculated - Am I Outside Of This Period?
The calculation of the 14 days includes all days (working or otherwise) from Monday to Sunday.
The cancellation or cooling off period begins to run depending upon when you receive your goods.
Where goods are delivered in one delivery, the end of the cooling off period is 14 days after the day on which the goods came into your physical possession.
Where you have ordered multiple goods in one order but the goods are delivered on different days, the end of the cooling off period is 14 days after the day on which the last good came into your physical possession.
Where you have ordered goods consisting of multiple parts delivered on different days, the end of the cooling off period is 14 days after the day on which the last of the pieces came into your physical possession.
Where you are receiving a regular delivery of goods during a defined period of more than one day, the cooling off period ends 14 days after the day on which the first of the goods came into your possession.
You must inform us of your wish to cancel within this period. If you declare that you would like to cancel your order outside of this cooling off period, you will be not be able to return or exchange your goods.

We are therefore unable to offer an exchange or refund on these products. Examples of products that are non refundable or non exchangeable include any medical supplies that are supplied sealed and are unsealed, medical gloves that have been opened or surgical gloves that have been opened, sterile syringes, sterile tubing and sterile or sealed surgical instruments. This list is not exhaustive.
Do You Test Faulty Items?
Yes, we test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our championsgloves.com Customer Response Team we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. Postage costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the item.
If you are unsure if an item is faulty, please call us on 020 7088 8066 as we may be able to help you to fix the problem.
Items Returned To Us Without a Returns Authorisation Number
If an item is returned to us without a returns authorisation number, this can significantly lengthen the time it takes to process a return. If the item has been sent to the incorrect returns address, this may incur forwarding costs to the correct returns address which may be chargeable to you at our discretion. This can be avoided by following our returns procedure and obtaining a returns authorisation number along with the correct returns address. If an item is sent to us outside of the returns policy timescale, and is therefore not eligible for a refund or credit, a £5 administration fee may be charged for processing the invalid return and the full postage costs, including packing and VAT, will be charged to return the item back to you.
Items Returned To Us Not Purchased From championsgloves.com
It does happen! If an item is returned to us that has not been purchased from championsgloves.com, but has instead been purchased from another retailer, no refund or exchange of the item can be made. championsgloves.com reserves the right to charge a £5 administration fee for processing the incorrectly returned item, as well as the postage fee for returning the item to the sender. championsgloves.com will contact the sender (if details have been provided) to make them aware of the incorrectly returned item. This situation can be avoided by checking where the item was purchased. If you are unsure of where you purchased the item, please contact our Customer Care Team on 020 7088 8066 and we will be able to check our system to ascertain whether or not the order was placed with championsgloves.com.
14 Day Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to inform us of your wish to return an item. This timescale is strictly 14 days. We are unable to accept returns outside of 14 days unless faulty. Items outside of 14 days from date of receipt cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please view our full terms and conditions for further details.
